Take Charge at Work Program

It’s normal to feel down sometimes. But if you’ve lost interest in things that usually bring you joy, have trouble concentrating or feel sluggish, it may be signaling something more.

That’s why we’re offering Take Charge at Work. It’s a confidential program designed to help working adults recognize and manage symptoms of stress and depression at work. The goal of the program is to help employees find better work-life balance, so they can get back to feeling productive and enjoying their lives.

Step 1: Take the assessment

Answer a short series of simple questions to assess your risk for depression. The information you share is completely confidential.

Step 2: Start the program

If you qualify, you’ll have access to a program workbook and will work through each chapter at a pace that’s right for you. You’ll also connect with a coach during regular phone calls.

Step 3: Feel better

Together with a coach, you will create a personal plan — so you can get a work-life balance back and start enjoying life again.
